Safety Info
On Wednesday, Sept. 8, Columbus Mayor Andrew Ginther announced that he will sign a citywide mask mandate on Friday, Sept. 10, that will take effect immediately. The mayor’s mandate requires masks in public indoor spaces regardless of vaccination status.
However, state, federal and religious buildings are exempt from the mayor’s executive order. This includes the Ohio Expo Center.
What this means for the 2021 Fall Home & Garden Show presented by Rosati Windows:
Masks are not required for vendors or attendees. The Columbus Dispatch and USA TODAY NETWORK Ventures, which host the annual show, will follow state guidelines. Masks are encouraged but not required.
The Dispatch is excited to be able to bring back the Fall Home & Garden Show, which was canceled in 2020 because of the pandemic. We’re committed to having a fun and safe show, and any vendors or attendees who feel safer or more comfortable wearing masks are invited to do so.
