🚧 Construction Challenges & What You Need to Know
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience these changes may cause. We understand how disruptive last-minute adjustments can be and truly appreciate your patience and cooperation. Please know that we are doing our best to support a smooth experience despite the circumstances.
Access Change: All move-in and deliveries must enter via the NORTH side of the Bricker Building (east overhead door is closed due to construction).
Parking Impact: Exhibitor and ADA parking near Celeste and Bricker is affected. New parking maps and shuttle info coming soon.
Traffic Rerouting: Expect changes around Midway Blvd and Livestock Gateway. Follow posted signs and updated maps.
Booth Adjustments: Some booth placements have changed due to construction. Affected exhibitors will be notified directly.
Scheduled Move-In: Exhibitors will be assigned specific move-in time slots to reduce congestion. Please stick to your assigned time.
Ongoing Updates: Construction is active. Watch for email updates and real-time alerts.
Wayfinding Support: New signage will be installed to help navigate the revised layout.
