Welcome to the Move-In & Move-Out Information Page!

Use the information below to plan for your move-in and out at the Central Ohio Home & Garden Show. The Bricker Building and Celeste Building each have unique guidelines to ensure a smooth process. It is crucial to check the specific Move-In and Move-Out Maps (below) for your booth’s location and floor placement.

Move-in and move-out timing are subject to change leading up to the show. The latest versions will be sent via email to the address on file and will be updated with timestamps below.

MOVE-IN INSTRUCTIONS

  • Protective Measures: Use heavy plastic between building materials (soil, sand, etc.) and the concrete floor to prevent damage. Exhibitors and sponsors assume full liability for any damage caused to concrete surface by their display.

  • Schedule: Check the Move-In Map below for your designated time based on booth location. 

  • Timing: Each evening during move-in, all exhibitors must be out of the building by 6PM.

  • Dock Doors: Closed from Friday, February 13 at 4PM until Sunday, February 22 at 6PM. Use pedestrian doors after 4PM on February 13.

  • Vehicle Access: Vehicles may not remain in the building during set-up of booth space. During periods when vehicles are allowed in show aisles, exhibitors and sponsors are responsible for prompt removal of any oil, water or other debris coming from their vehicle. Show Management reserves the right to deny vehicle access in any case where access might create a hazard.

MOVE-OUT INSTRUCTIONS

  • Booth Removal: All booths must stay in place until the show ends at 6PM on Sunday, February 22.

  • Bricker Building: Move-out is Sunday, February 22 from 6-8PM and Monday, February 23 from 8AM-3PM. All booths must be out by 3PM on Monday.

  • Celeste Building: Check the Move-Out Map for removal timing for your individual booth location(s).  

Construction Update (Jan. 2026): At this time all construction will remain on the south end of the Expo Center property and should not impact the Home & Garden Show.
