If your idea of brunch is exploring the art of a chef’s unusual creations, you’ll be right at home enjoying these yummy brunch items. Enjoy Chef’s preparing their dish on stage, then get a taste.

  • Sangeeta Lakhani, Owner and Chef, The Table;
    Dish: Akoori. Indian soft scrambled eggs with onions, garlic, chilies, tomatoes, cilantro, and a variety of spices.

  • Matt Heaggans and Catie Randazzo - Owners and Chefs, Ambrose & Eve
    Ambrose & Eve’s French toast is extra thick and completely suffused with an egg rich custard. It’s practically a block of creme brulee.

3 - 3:40 PM | Rock Gardening: Re-imagining a Classic Style with Joseph Tychonievich
Inspired by the tiny plants and dramatic, rocky landscapes found on mountain tops, rock gardening uses a range of unusual, small plants in combination with beautiful stones to create miniaturized landscapes. This approach to gardening is water-wise, perfect for containers, small gardens, and for gardeners interested in exploring a whole new group of beautiful plants. In this talk he will share images of rock garden to get you inspired, the principles of creating rock gardens, and an introduction to some of the most beautiful and easy-to-grow rock garden plants. Tychonievich will autograph books after his presentation.
